This business does not even deserve 1 star! It was horrible in there!! When I walked in, there was a guy sprawled out on the couch sleep. There was a patron in the pedicure chair having a problem with how the guy polished her toe nails. You could still see the nail bed. He didn’t meet the cuticles. Then she had already paid for her nails but they charged her again. She was offended that they didn’t ask to confirm before charging her card. Now it’s my turn. This guy breaks out the sander without looking at my nails. I had to tell him that I have natural nails. He then gets a emery board. Then he drops the cotton on the floor and picks it up off the floor to use it. I told him that’s not sanitary. Then his boss told him to throw it out. Then the tools which had been sitting there while I was waiting were sitting in a tray with all kinds of sanding particles, he proceeded to use on me. Then I stopped him and explained how dirty they were. Then his boss told him to get clean ones. She then tells me he’ll get new ones. That was the last straw!! I just walked out at that point. Not worth taking a chance on getting fungus bacteria infection. Not worth me subjecting myself to this environment – a spa should be relaxing and safe. So not professional or safe for anybody!! Do Not Go To This Nail Salon!!

Positive: QualityKim was very sweet and did an amazing job on my pedicure! She let me choose my scent I chose lavender and it was so relaxing and perfect. The 7 of us were in there for about 3 hours getting both acrylics and pedicures and they were accommodating and patient with all of us Will be going back when I am in Antioch! Tony also was able to do an intricate flower design I highly recommend him if you want a design he is meticulous and wants to make sure you are happy. As with all important things: if you don’t want to wait, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT it’s always worth it to plan ahead. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it is pricey! If I were regularly getting manicures and pedicures here it would not be economical. My deluxe pedicure with white gel polish was $62 and I tipped so $80 for a pedicure just something to consider! Srsly not worth it. Dipped my fingers in room temperature water for 20 seconds, filed nails. No cuticle oil. nasty smelling lotion and old polish. $26 manicure for me and another $26 for my mom. Not worth the gas. Was originally thinking to get a mani/pedi. So glad I didn’t get pedi. Go somewhere else. Manicure

Worst experience EVER!!!! I waited 30mins to get someone to do my nails mind you there was 4 employees free, it took them 1 hr to do my acrylics (not including the polish). Once I had chosen pink chrome the lady last minute puts an ugly red-orange shade that I didn’t want. when we got to the chrome powder it wasn’t even working like it should. She took 20 mins to find a different powder and when she did she said she only had enough for 2 nails. she tried convincing me to do one finger each hand at this point I was 2 an a half hours in w ugly nail color trying to convince me to pay for WHAT I DIDNT WANT or asked for! I told the lady nicely if she can just change my nail color because Im not going to pay for what I didn’t ask she said no and was trying to charge me 45$ I said nicely again I’m not paying because she gave me a color I didn’t want and took way too long but ill pay her little less if she just changed the nail color. she got the owner (male) told him the situation he took it as me trying to walk out w free nails so what he did next was awful…. he grabbed my hand got nail clippers and cut my acrylic nails off & was yelling at me like a psychopath and filed the nail color of as quickly as he could to make my nails look horrible. I started crying bc he treated me so bad and the lady wasn’t doing anything to stop him After he left my nails looking awful I told the lady they are very rude for what they did to me when I was just asking for a change of color and I’d STILL PAY THEM JUST NOT THE COMPLETE 45$ I went home in tears told my husband how mean the owner was to me so my husband went back to the nail shop & he made him apologize to me and told him if he wants to grow his business he needs to treat his customers w respect & he should never go crazy mode to a female if he can’t do the same when talking to a male I love my husband for having my back without having to disrespect the owner in a rude way he just told him the simple truth about having a business and what he did to me was WRONG!.

I’ve been here a few times to get full sets and fills and they’ve done a great job but last time I went I got a pedicure with gel and the gel started coming off the very next day. Not sure what happened ♀️

This place is a hidden gem. First impressions are always best. My firsts impression of this nail salon is as follows: it’s a friendly environment. It looks like they have their regulars. Which says a lot about a small business. The nail tech that serviced me was “Tony”. He is by far the best nail technician I ever had. He took his time on perfecting my nails. And they came out gorgeous. They do prefer cash tips, but it’s understandable. Some owners keep a percentage of their hard earned tip. I highly recommend this place. Ps. They also provide complimentary water bottles.
