After getting my haircut at Sports Clips which is located next door to Bella I thought it would be a good opportunity to experience my first pedicure. And as a first time walk in male customer I believe Bella took advantage of my inexperience to give me sub par service. My feet did feel better upon leaving the salon however the next day was the different story. The foot massage and the use of lotions and creams masked that my toe nails were still jagged and that the soles of my feet were still as abrasive as sandpaper. It seems pretty clear they were not interested in giving quality service to a first time inexperienced male customer.

The atmosphere was quiet, which was on a Wednesday. The massage chairs are phenomenal. The price for a pedicure was affordable. The technician did a very good job on my manly worker feet. She was attentive to the water temperature and excellent detail to my cuticles as well. If you need cash, there is an ATM nearby. If you are from out of town like me, I recommend this place.

Overall, I had an ok experience.. I had my daughter with me and I was treating her to a pedicure with gel polish. I didn’t want to embarrass my daughter, so I had to look away at some things and just bite my lip so that we could get our pedicures done together. Yes my feet and toe nails look amazing, but there are some very serious things going on that State Board would have a party over.. I am only sharing this so that people can be aware.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe way these people treat customers is unacceptable, I was waiting there for 50 minutes. So mean and rude to any new people!!! I asked for white tips and gel and they keep telling me they can’t do it with a horrible attitude, I said then do whatever you want and the girl helping me started yelling at me, 4 of the girls came to me to ask what I want and I said white tip with powder and they didn’t say anything to me, just speaking in their language ignoring me. Then one told me to wait and I asked how long they turned around and ignored me, so I left. Took my sister here to get a pedicure and I received a fill. Laura was the one who did my nails, and she did them perfect. She asked questions to make sure she did my nails the way I wanted them done. Thin like regular nails! Both my sister and I were very happy when we left. Going back on Tuesday to get my toes done by Laura.
