I was not super pleased with the nails that I got done at Bella’s the first time (they really didn’t look good and nail tech wasn’t very nice) but when I called about getting them redone the lady I spoke to (Vivian) was very nice and offered to fix them for free so I really appreciate that! The first couple pictures are a reference of what I wanted vs what I got and the last pictures are what Vivian fixed me up with. She is so kind and I am so happy with the way she fixed my nails they look amazing. So while the initial appointment wasn’t what I wanted Vivian made sure I was happy in end. I recommend!!

This is a wonderful spa. Super nice people working here. Tracy did my Mani Pedi & the massage she did on my legs and arms was incredibly gentle, relaxing and invigorating. Even though they were busy no one seemed rushed which was nice.

These are the best acrylics I’ve gotten in a while. My fiancée and I got manicured for my birthday and we were met with friendly, careful, and skilled staff. The artist working with my fiancée was talkative and respectful. The artist working with me was very efficient and checked in to make sure I liked the shape and color as we went. I was wary coming in because my mother and I got manicures I was not happy with previously here, but my opinion of Bella’s has been remedied today.

This was awful!!! First they didn’t have us in the system even tho we got a confirmation text for our appointments!. They did no cuticle care and the whole process was less than 30min. Very rushed!!! Some of my nails are crooked. She didn’t do the right shape or color either and they stick upward! I hate them. When I asked for them to be fixed the lady said she couldn’t. The last picture is what I showed her I wanted. They also charged $80.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from a nail salon. My original nails I had gotten, two of them broke because they did them to thin and now this is what they did to resurrect the issue even after tipping $20, Ridiculous.

Not the worst experience but definitely not the best. Everything was rushed and way too overpriced for the quality I got. I paid over $85 plus tip for a simple pink set with glitter, and the person who did my nails only did one coat of pink which is incredibly streaky. If you look at the picture, it’s obvious this quality is not worth $100. I honestly won’t be coming back or recommending Bella’s for nails – perhaps if they took their time and took a few less clients the quality would be good enough to charge this much or more.

I am in town from Colorado for work and this nail salon was next to a grocery store I stopped by. I was hesitant to go in because of some of the negative reviews but was in desperate need of a pedicure. It was the best and most relaxing pedicure I’ve had in a long time and I go back home at least once a month. The man who gave me a pedicure was very kind and also massaged my feet/legs for a solid 20 minutes if not longer. It’s nice to go somewhere and not feel rushed even though it’s busy. On top of that, my nails look great! Would highly recommend this salon!

My nails turned out really nice. But the guy who did my nails was so rough. My nails are never sore after I get acrylics. I’m surprised my cuticles didn’t start bleeding. He then continued to twist my hands and fingers to where it hurt. I get that he needed to get my nails done but he was not gentle. I couldn’t have time to look at the colors. He seemed to want kw to get out soon instead of allowing me to look at the colors. There’s a lot to choose from and having some time to look would have been nice without him doing my nails at the same time only giving 2 stars cuz my nails did turn out nice. I will be going elsewhere from now on
