Sometimes when I get bad service at a place I try to give a big tip as a kind of incentive for them to do an appropriate job the next time, but I have tried here way too many times and I am no longer going to tip for bad service. The shop is dirty the people were rude. I had a pedicure today that was 10 minutes of nothing, she didn’t clean or clip my nails. She didn’t remove the polish. It was the worst job I’d ever had. I will never pay them another cent. As a family, we always do our best to support local places, but we cannot support this poorly run business. Save your money folks.

I showed pictures of what I wanted and asked for a color different to the pic, lady was snooty was like in a huge rush and completely did not do them good nor how I asked. Couple times asked can you make them shorter can you round them out more that is not the color I showed and asked for and she just went ahead with what I did not want at all and my right hand thumb is like leaking black ink, like a oily water and to pay $70 i am so not happy so I had to go to store spend another $30 get files, remover, clippers, polish etc and fix it how I wanted. If I can figure out how to put pics the firsts will be what she did and what I did that I said clearly I wanted and tel me if I should or shouldn’t be upset Thumb i still messed up leaking won’t hold what I did.

We’ve given Bella in Belgrade a few chances. I try to support local businesses, but they have disappointed time after time. Poor polishing on both manicures & pedicures & if you’re looking forward to a massage chair, you probably won’t find it there, my chairs have been old & not functional. I hope another nail salon opens in my neighborhood soon!

I have given these guys several chances and all of the experiences have been bad. The staff rushes you through, cuts up your fingers and half the time is very rude and the color and shape of my nails is always a problem. The polish has chipped or peeled off twice and if you ask for a re-do they charge you again when their cost is already outrageous. Never going back there after the last two days in a row of horrible color design.

My mom and I called ahead to make an appointment to make sure the salon had time for 2 pedicures. When we got there, it felt like we hadn’t even made an appointment as we were squished in between all the other walk-ins and appointments. No one who came in was turned away, instead everyone was just rushed through, which made a terrible experience for the people who actually made appointments.
