I am new in town and was looking for a good nail salon. I went to this salon for gel manicure and pedicure. They were the most unprofessional employees I have ever seen. The lady who did my pedicure was on phone most of the time. When I asked them about the process, they were extremely dismissive- talked to each other very loudly and laughed on my face. Even though I didn’t understand the language, I felt very insulted. TERRIBLE experience ever!!!!!!

This was not the best experience with my technician. I had a bandaid on my thumb from an open cut and she continually grabbed it tight as she worked on my nail and then she squeezed the nail polish remover cotton and the remover went into my open cut. Usually these guys are great, but this time I had an abrasive tech.

Kept going back for years because the owner is nice and they used to do such a nice job and take their time. Today was my last day going as they were extremely rude and dismissive of me and my nails turned out really bad. My manicure was rushed through. Not completely painted in spots, lumpy, uneven, and pieces of the acrylic are still hanging off, not even filed down. The girl was literally rude to me up until the point that I handed her a tip.

Stopped in early on a Friday. I was visiting from TN and inadvertently got there an hour before opening (I was still on Eastern Time). The owner graciously agreed to do my pedicure anyway. She did a wonderful job and the entire experience was very pleasant. Clean, hygienic and so very accommodating.

Critical: PunctualityI have been to Bella Nails many times over the years and they have always done a great job and very friendly, but then tonight happened. They made me wait 34 minutes after I had been scheduled to get a fill with the gel nail polish and my daughters nails painted. Having a 6 year old with you being patient is challenging enough, but have never had to wait that long to get my nails done. I finally asked the lady that worked there how much longer it be and soon after they did my fill. The ladies did a great job on mine and my daughters nails, but no one should have to wait 34 minutes with an appointment scheduled to sit and wait. Not a happy mama and very cranky 6 year after we finally left 2 hours later. What a joke. Don’t schedule people at a certain time if you don’t have the staff to. It’s pretty plain and simple and sadly numerous other people have had the same problem lately. It’s pathetic and rather sad. Sadly I need to start going else where!!! Visiting from out of town for a wedding and my nails were so sad and long overdue for a mani/pedi. Clean, friendly and affordable!! Not too mention great service and a soothing massage on legs and hands (I forgot I need that once in a while). Highly recommend.
