I love going to Bella Nails and Spa. I have been going for over 4 years now, & they never fail to make my hands look so beautiful. This year mostly, I have started to go every month, every 2-3 weeks for manicures and once in a while pedicures. I have started to go for holiday nails and just every day nails in general. My favorite nail techs would have to be Le, Maggie. & Anna. They are so welcoming, as to everyone who works there as well. It is always a “Hey, how are you” & always asks about my family as my family and I always get pedicures together, so that’s how they’ve learned to know me.

Had a gel manicure on Friday. Today is Monday and one nail has a good size chunk of polish missing in the center, and several others are starting to chip. Not a happy camper.

I was very excited to try out this salon for the first time but I was immediately disappointed. When I sat down and told her what I wanted (white dip with a tip, almond shape) she proceeded to look up how to make almond shape on her phone. During the process she cut my finger, nails came out uneven and odd shaped. After a day they began immediately turning yellow and cracking. This was also one of the most expensive places I’ve been to in the area. Very upset, will not be back.

Everything was great until she had me hold my nails up to a light bulb in a lamp instead of under a UV light. I got dip nails and now my top coat is cracked. Very disappointing. If it wasn’t for that, this would have been my new nail salon.

TERRIBLE. The ladies that work at this nail salon are rude and will not take you seriously. They will do you nails in a rush so that they can move on to the next customer and get more tips. They also pour water into the nail polish so that the polish lasts longer. Terrible service. Do not go here if you want your nails to look presentable.
