I went to get a set of acrylics. It started off okay but she never checked to see if my nails were the same length on both hands. My nails on both hands are different lengths and different shapes, not to mention the acrylic is bumpy. When it came to applying the gel polish, she didn’t cover my whole nail. It could have been the lady I got, but definitely not a great first impression. I will not be returning.

I call them on Monday the 2nd tomake an appointment. They told 2 come in at 10:30 on Tuesday. When I get reread w my sister they u didn’t confirm the appointment they were very very rude. Hurt my feelings do 2 the fact that I have went in there & spent at least $300.00 at 1 one time. And u send me away. Like u rich rich. Like y didn’t tell me 2 be hereThey just lost my whole family. Jenny did a very nice job on pedicure and manicure. When I checked out, she told me the total was $72, but when I saw the bill it read $79. I am annoyed.

Received a manicure and pedicure (no gel). Manicure polish chipped substantially on the same day. Pedicure is holding so far. Staff were great, but please use higher quality top coat for manicures.
