MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS! No customer service ethics at all . This was my third time. No problem at all with Cristina . Until the worse imaginable happened . She ruined my healthy looking nails that I was so excited about after having done the dip powder twice before. She accidentally picked the wrong shade of grey much darker 64 instead of 67. When I told her it looked much darker because it literally looked like a grave yard she then tries to correct it by applying a single coat of the correct lighter grey but it didn’t take . She then decided to use gel . It was awful . 3 hrs into it then until I finally said please stop and remove all . She scrapped my nails so much they are as thin as paper . She writes a receipt up for $25 and I said no way you expect me to pay a regular manicure at that price after ruining my nails . The owner charged an xtra $3 for using my debit card for a total of $28. Be careful with this business .

So I usually come here because it’s convenient. However lately I’ve notice they don’t have a set price. Looks like their nail tech just picks a price of their own. I went in for a full set with gel polish and a nail design and the price was 70. So I went back for a refill (no broken nail) gel polish with the same design as before just a different color and the lady charge me 70. I ask the man why am I paying the same price as a full set for just a refill. He than grabbed the lady and she said its because the design was 30 I’m like what just didn’t make sense. I will go there again but I’m jotting down every thing I do and how much was everything and who was my nail tech..Honestly my nail design wasn’t that complicated check out the photo

I have naturally thin nails so getting acrylics is the WORST for me. They automatically assumed I wanted acrylics and kept cutting my nails (after they were already filed down) after I repeatedly said I already just cut them. I kept saying “Please don’t cut my nails” to no avail (their wasn’t any point in cutting my nails). It’s fine just putting lotion on my feet and hands… getting the dirt from underneath my nails… and applying nail polish. Then they say a charge for a manicure + pedicure is 55 dollars. Right before the manicurist applies nail polish to me she says she needs my credit card because she doesn’t want to mess my polish up. I’m like.. okay fine. But why charge me 58 dollars when you say it costs 55 dollars. The people working here give themselves tips they haven’t earned on top of services which are price gouged. But what bothers me most is that they do not listen.

I really enjoy going here! They have a large variety of nail polish colors to choose from that are top quality. My shellac manicure finally fulfills its purpose by lasting at least 3wks. The Staff is very friendly & detail oriented. Love them.
