Jasmine helped me select a nail color and was very engaged during the manicure. She was fast but precise. My nails look awesome. I also had a pedicure and while I don’t recall the gals name she was really good too. This place was bit more expensive than the place I have been going to for a few years but I felt more pampered so it was worth it. Loved that I could book online. I will be back.

Me and my friend had a TERRIBLE experience at this salon. They have REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . The lady who sits at the front started YELLING at me and my friend and was FORCING us to change our manicure from gel/dip to regular. We had taken appointment and had reached few mins before our allocated slot. we told her that we had taken an appointment and we wanted this done for an event, but she started DISRESPECTING us in front of everyone. When we said we wanted gel/dip and that is what our appointment was for, and that we had responded to all text /email confirmations that they kept sending, she said ‘GO AWAY’ . She was not at all apologetic about this and was VERY VERY RUDE. We are definitely NEVER going there again. I was reading other reviews right now, and looks like this is a preemptive common practice at this salon. VERY POOR BEHAVIOR.

She always takes SUCH good care of me and her gel manicures never chip or fade. She also is always open to my design ideas and executes them awesomely! Highly recommend if you need work done 🙂

I love this place and Kelsey is the best nail technician I’ve ever had! She’s a perfectionist with great attention to details and talent. I would not go to anyone else! This place does decent nails – but they charge twice the price vs other nail salons. They nickel and dime for everything. Make sure you absolutely like the color you choose or they will charge you $20 to change it. Also, even though my pedicure only included my feet (had leggings on I couldn’t roll up), they charged full price for a pedicure which was $30 and $10 removal of gel. That $30 included regular polish, not gel. Gel polish on the feet was an extra $30. All they care about is making money – $000 customer service skills and they don’t care about making it enjoyable. They also charge $3 for some covid related thing??? I mean come on. Please don’t waste your money here. I haven’t been back for over a year (?) to this place…I’m always reminded why. They acted annoyed with me. Why? You just made a pretty penny in an hours time.

Went for the first time to find myself a new nail technician since I had moved away and WOW Nicki did such an amazing job. Was very sweet and we had good conversation. I got a new set of acrylics and she gave me exactly want I wanted. I am very happy and already booked my next two follow up refills!

Anytime I can’t get in at Bella nails is a sad day but I understand the importance of prebooking my appointment so I can have great service and beautiful nails. I have been to other places and none of them compare to bella nails olathe. I either see Becky or Jasmine for my nails and Jamie for my pedicures. They are so talented. They take the time to really make sure they give you what you want and make suggestions on how to make the nails last the longest. Jamie gives the best leg and foot massage, leaving my feet looking and feeling amazing! I love that they make you feel wanted there instead of like most places that make you feel like an inconvenience. Thanks again ladies, see you in a few weeks for my next appointment!
