I’ve been here about 10-15 times. Each time there is always someone new doing my nails. This last time was pretty bad. I left with at least 6 bloody spots on my cuticles not including where the tech drilled down too far on my pinky nail bed and it started bleeding (red line on pinky nail color). Just going to save my money on nails for a while. Very nice people though.

I went to this place for the first time, reasonable price, and a very nice staff massage felt good. My toe nail shape and polish were horrible. The polish was very thick and sticky. My pedicure is only 3 days old this is how they looked when she finished.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Not only did she get paint all over the top of my feet , the painted nail portion is sloppy and bubbled. I purchased the upgraded package for callus removal and she only did one foot. When I asked her to do the other she argued she had and quickly finished painting. Would not recommend for the quality or price.

Amazing experience! My daughter and I have tried several places in the area. Unhappy with all of them. Service and quality we not ideal. We left feeling like we paid a fortune to be pushed through a cattle call. But Bella’s was breath of fresh air!! A beautiful relaxing environment were there weren’t stop watched going off. We actually felt pampered when we left and everyone was so lovely. We will for sure be going back.

This is not my normal place. My mom and I stopped in after the gym so we had no appointments. Didnt matter, they got us in right away. Evelyn did my nails and did an amazing job. I had a gel pedicure done and my boyfriend had a callus removal pedicure. Our feet felt amazing after getting it done and our legs felt tingling for about 20 minutes after from the mud treatment we had. Highly recommend Pedicure, Callus removal

Had us sit down at a spa chair just to wait 20 minutes for someone to start my mom’s pedicure. I waited 20 more minutes. Finally they started mine, and magically they finished mine first…not sure how that’s fair. Afterwards we sat in the spa chairs waiting for someone to start our fills. Another 20 minutes later we got up to leave. We were stopped and the lady said “are they dry? Ok ok I’m almost done and I’ll start you” I told them we had to go and we went to pay. We then had to listen to her excuses the whole time we were trying to pay. I will never go there again.
