Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTrying new places is not always fun, but this one was so enjoyable and relaxing!Soon as I entered, I was greeted enthusiastically and welcomed into the salon. The salon space is huge and very spacious. I was asked what I needed by Bo the manager who directed me to the nail colors. Since I wasn’t into making decisions today, I told them just a plain white toe for today. I was asked to have a seat in the front since I didn’t need time to choose a color, but soon as I thought about grabbing a snack (yes, they have snacks in the front waiting area), I was beckoned to come to the pedicure area. Pretty good start so far!Julie hadn’t started the water until I sat in my seat, which is different from most places I’ve been to. I went along with it until the water was way too hot for my feet. That’s why I prefer the tub is filled with water first before I sit down. Other than that, the service was very relaxing. The massage chair worked, the exfoliation on my feet left them baby smooth. With the deluxe pedi, you get the paraffin wax and the hot stone massage. Oh my Geeee! How relaxing! My feet have been getting the business with working out everyday, so this pedicure was much needed. Julie took her time and didn’t rush the job at all. In fact. when one of my toes just needed a little more paint to round out the shape, she not only touched up that toe she looked at the others, and redid one toe as well to satisfy me. My feet are no longer busted but beautiful after a visit to Bella. Plus, I came on a day they were promoting their under new management announcement, which provided a nice discount from my service. Still, for the regular price they’re offering for the deluxe pedicure, it is a phenomonal value.I would definettly come back because the people are so friendly, dutiful in creating great work on clients, and the services are affordable.Looks like I may have found my new nail salon!Service: PedicureTrying new places is not always fun, but this one was so enjoyable and relaxing! …More

Critical: Quality, ValueAfter 2 days my nails have turned yellow. I had gotten this color done somewhere else and never had this problem. The facts that I can’t get my money back and can only get them redone makes it worse. Why would I want you to redo my nails after they turned yellow the first time.
