Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCharged me $40 for a dip fill. I paid $60 with a tip to get them done initially, hence the poor value rating. They were so overbooked that I ended up getting to sit down 15min after my appointment not to be helped for at least 10 more minutes. Because of them being behind the tech doing my nails rushed, which is shown in the quality (look at pictures). She didn’t talk to me at all and didn’t thank me after I was done and gave her her tip. The best part is when I called to make my appointment I misunderstood the woman on the phone; I told her I’d like to schedule the fill for 11:30 and I thought she said how about 7:30, after a couple minutes of her checking the books and telling me they’d be too busy. I said that wouldn’t work, which then she started giving attitude and saying “you just said you want 11:30 and now that doesn’t work for you??” That should’ve been enough of a red flag to not follow through with the appointment. They were so overbooked that I ended up getting to sit down 15min after my appointment not to be helped for at least 10 more minutes.
