This was my first visit & I must say, I was truly impressed from start to finish! Beautiful, clean, salon. They spent about an hour on my feet for my pedicure, it felt wonderful the only complaint I would have is the chair they sat me in did not function as far as massaging but not a big deal for me. The lady working on my feet really took her time and detailed my feet in a manner I’ve never experienced before it was heavenly! She got all the rough places without me having to ask! It was very special! I got a dip acrylic ombré nail done and they are beautiful! The young lady that did my nails was very detail oriented and did techniques I have never seen before! I will most definitely be back!!

I have been here a few times over the years so I’m not one to come often. Today was the first time I have ever had a gel polish manicure. I love it! I am on day 3 and it still looks amazing! My technician was Betty. She was so sweet! We talked and had great conversation. I will definitely ask for her if have my nails done again! The place was packed but as always they welcome you and get you assigned as fast as possible. I have brought my daughter here before for a manicure and pedi pans the little girl chairs are absolutely adorable! It made her feel extra special for her big day!Thank you to the staff for all of the hard work!

My first time going to this salon was not too much of a bad experience, the nail tech just didn’t do the design that I showed him on the picture. However, the second time that I went, they were very unprofessional. While I was getting a full set of acrylic nails, the nail tech did two other clients in the middle of my service, which was unfair. I understand that it was a busy day but it should be a first come, first serve type of business. I arrived first, therefore I should’ve gotten my service first. I do have to say they did great on my nails and I loved the way that they looked. They were very neat and lasted a long time. I just think that the customer service should be better.

This salon has swept me off my feet. I was told about Bella’s a couple months back. I’ve used them now for 3 fill ins. I will not go anywhere else. Very relaxing experience! This place of business smells very good and is well kept. The service was exceptional! Clean and sanitary! Bowl lined and new grooming kit opened for each client. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love Bella’s I always come here once and a while when I really want my nails done for special occasions but except yesterday I was told I was gone be charged 120 at the counter after I got my nails done I only had a full set for my nails and toes and the price came up to 161.20 when I was told it was $120 I just want my money back at this point back then nails use to cost $25-$50 dollars now it’s way more than it use to be but they still do a good job !! I got my nails done yesterday and I always go here. I wasn’t able to get the lady I always use “Lee”, so she picked “John” for me and I tell you I will never use him again. My nails look like I got them done a week or so ago. They are crooked, different lengths, and the design is pretty but the acrylic so so far away from my cuticle. The polish is bumpy on half my nails and polish had ran down the nail. He refused to fix it after I told him it ran. Then he does the design first which I never had done before but I told him I wanted the other nails painted the pink color. He said I do my job and he does his job. But I was just confused to why he was doing the design first. He was very unprofessional and spilled his coffee on the table and my hands after he finished and didn’t even apologize. Lee said she would fix my nails free of charge and just to let her know when I want to come back in.
