Came here for the first time to do a regular manicure on a Saturday for a Christmas party. By Monday oh my nail polish was off and chipped. I came in so they can fix it and the guy was very rude and said oh it’s regular manicure. Yes but it should not be shipped in two days. He had The audacity to say I can fix it but you have to pay!!! Seriously no customer service whatsoever!!

This is a good place however The service from SOME of them is very POOR very unprofessional, I usually come to this place & get my sets by Mary, unfortunately she wasn’t there yesterday when I went so DANEL helped me, i came in with long length on my nails like I usually have them & very shaped coffin as he started working & got into the filing his filing was very off leaving my nails looking very OFF coffin & some nails looking crooked, we did NO CUT & he went in with pure filing, when finished & I left I noticed when I got into my car my right hand was filed down much shorter than my left, I called right away & let the lady that answer know what happened she asked me to come in next day, so I did that & saw DANEL & showed him how off my nails were & he was/ looked very mad right as I walked in there , I ask him in the most nicest polite way to please fix my length & shape (as a nail artist they can fix the length & do longer it’s just a matter of them taking their time as some don’t like too) so he asked me to show him my nails & he completely went off on me in his own language & walked off so rudely letting me just talk & continued on with the client on his chair I explained to the lady there the issue & she saw herself how different my nails look I let her know I would be calling soon as the manager gets back to complain to her, this is very unprofessional, you never just walk off on a customer as she’s talking specially when they are being polite about the situation, I couldn’t be any more disappointed & very mad he didn’t bother fixing them he also didn’t bother cleaning the polish around my cuticles as he did the whole job in such a rush not listening to what I had asked as a design or color, so I decided to write a review about it. As soon as the manager gets back I will be complaining about him.

Daisey gives me my foot treatments and gel peticures. Mary does my gel manicure. Staff are welcoming, they listen to fulfill my requests, my nails are beautiful and the price is right. The best place in Oxnard to get your nails done! It’s sooooo hard to find a salon that does designs (and doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg) BUT I absolutely love my nails every time I leave Bella’s and always get tons of compliments. The price is great to!

On April 20th, I went for a pedicure and Tony did a bad sanitary job. He used the unsterilized tools to do my pedicure. He took them out from a box that was labeled SOILED! On top of that, he didn’t get the gunk out of my nails like other pedicurists do at other places. I got a lump on one of my toes due to an ingrown nail and my podiatrist said she sees cases like this after 3 weeks of people getting their pedicures done improperly. I will not return to this place!
