Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhere do I start because I want to be fair. I’m 380lb plus size woman. I FAITHFULLY went to this shop from 4/2017 til 2/2020. Jennifer has always done my nails SUPERBLY. I wear long coffin gel nails with lots of nail art over my no chip polish. I was their like clockwork every 2 weeks for 3 years. Every time I got a deluxe pedicure and fill in or full set. Me AND my daughter. I always was out of $120 or more because my nails are very long! At first I was welcomed soo warmly, I loved Tony & Jennifer! But around 6/2019 I noticed something changed. They seemed uninviting when we walked in the shop. Jenn had me waiting longer because she needed a “break” before doing my long nails, hmm. Then around December she literally said “I don’t want to do your nails today you want to much on your nails”. I was FLOORED so I left but told my daughter to go ahead and get hers done. The last time I went was on 2/24/2019 my cousin was getting married the next day and I wanted my nails done BAD. Jennifer immediately said she was busy. Tony offered to do my nails but only if I get a “regular set not long”! So I was ok with it because I needed a full fresh set. This man had me waiting OVER an hour! So I asked when can he do them? Mind you he was only eating and walking back and forth!!! He said 15 mins! THIS MAN CURLED UP AT THE FRONT DESK AND TOOK A NAP!!!!!!! I was soooo outraged that I walked out and sat in my truck until my daughter was done with her pedicure. When I came back in Tony said” I take a smoke den do yo nail” 5 mins later he came in and did the WORST NAIL JOB EVER!!!! My nails were LUMPY and the designs looked like my 3 yr old nephew did them! And I have a YouTube video as proof because I recorded the whole thing!!! I paid our bill and I told him TONY ME NOR MY DAUGHTER WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN! I’ve never went back!!! But my heart is STILL hurt behind that because they kinda became my lil family for awhile. So to sum this up, they used to be the best all around but for some reason their WHOLE ATTITUDES and Atmosphere has changed. I will never go back to this salon! Everything must change! Poor quality service, products and skill set. Charged me over $100.00 for 3-4 hours of my time correcting all the mistakes!!!Don’t go here!!!!!Apparently the only person who can provide the quality of work you pay for is Jenni!
