Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy fiance took our daughter here today and had the worse experience ever. The lady who did her nails was rude, unprofessional, and acted like it was an inconvenience to do her nails. She got up to take a smoke break in the middle of doing my daughter’s nails?!? she is only 7 she wanted them painted nothing fancy, what’s so hard about that?! She was rude to my daughter because she got a hair in her wet nail polish and wanted her to fix it because it looked yucky with a hair in it!!! Don’t use this company especially if your taking your kids!!!! I will never be back to this disgraceful place nor will my daughter!! My fiance took our daughter here today and had the worse experience ever. The lady who did her nails was rude, unprofessional, and acted like it was an inconvenience to do her nails.
