I had really liked going to this place and to get my nails done they did a good job. But the last time I went the girl would not cut my nails the length i wanted. Not two weeks later I have two nails lose in the back and lose one of the nails. Think am going to start looking for a new place. Also the girl that did my nails took almost 90 minutes or a little more and could not do the design I wanted.

I really wanted to like this salon but the last 2 times I visited I felt so disrespected by the owners especially considering I’ve been a client for a while. I had an appt & when I arrived Angel was with a client. I understand if they are running behind but it was obvious that she had just started. She never acknowledged that I was there & then after waiting about 20 minutes I asked if I should come back. I was told by her brother that it doesn’t matter if I have an appointment that I have to wait. Excuse me… I thought that’s why people made appointments so that they didn’t have to wait! I didn’t like how he addressed me so I left. Three weeks later I debated whether or not I should use their services. I decided to return only to be treated again so poorly that I left again. I will never go back there. I don’t like how they operate so I will spend my money elsewhere.

I went there for memorial nails for a child I miscarried the guy was extremely rude cut me twice made the nails way to thick I told him I didn’t like them and he didn’t care I said I wanted to leave and he said $25 for nails that weren’t done not shaped or filed right I decided to give him a second chance to file down and paint he wouldn’t even do what I wanted and I left paying $30 for not colored of finished nails the guy doesn’t have any thought to his words or customers I will never be going to this place again I am left heart broken and extremely upset this was something for my baby I lost
