It had been over 10 years since I had my nails done. I was happy how they came out. I was the one that chose the colors. Only thing is that I personally like how the nails are painted with nail polish instead of just using powder for the color. Noticed it is not as colorful as I remember.

One of my best girl friends suggested I go to this nail salon to get mine and my girls nails done. I booked an appointment at 2pm, when we got there 3/4 were seated immediately and the 4th was seated 4 minutes later. They did gel manicures and pedicures for my girls and a full set and pedicure for me. I showed Julie a picture of what I wanted, explained what I wanted different and sat back for the ride. Julie did my nails exactly like I like them without me saying anything extra! She was very kind, chatted with me a bit and made sure my nails were to my liking. The girls enjoyed their technicians as well. My pedicure was wonderful! This was my first time and won’t be my last. I’m already excited about going for my fill in a couple weeks. You know they are good when I will drive 2 hours to get my nails done!

Made my appointment for 10 am. Got there and sat down. May was super friendly and nice. I loved the whole service but wish they had like a UV light for the polish to dry off completely. Had to walk out with my color tacky and it kinda messed up a bit but other than that is great service!

Unprofessional appointment system, expect to wait a solid 30+ minutes after your appointment to be seated if they’re busy. Zero customer service, just a cash cow type of place.

Beware time wasted!! This place does not honor making appointments in advance. I called June 1st to schedule an appointment for me and my sister for Saturday, June 12th. Her appointment being with Juile and my appointment being with Peter. I spoke with a gentleman I wanted the appointments for June 12th at 10:30am he yelled out to Peter and asked if he was available Peter then said to tell me to come at 9am. I agreed, he took my name and we set appointments for Peter and Julie at 9am. June 12th we arrived to a busy shop but didn’t think nothing of it because we had appointments. Julie greeted us and asked what we wanted. We told her we had 9am appointments. She asked with anyone we said no with Julie and Peter. Another lady overheard us ask for Peter and she said I’m here to see Peter too for an appointment at 9am. Peter had another client in the chair who he too booked at 9am. He then said he did not have time to do my nails. This is ridiculous to book an appointment in advance to be turned away. They have great reviews on the way they do nails but for the price I expect great customer service. I didn’t end up getting my nails done by Peter as scheduled but I did stick around and wait around while my sister got her nails done with Julie. She was great. I sat and watched as Peter continued to take others without even considering still I had an appointment or offering to take me. As I sat waiting other customers came in and left upset because of bad scheduling and being told to come in only to be turned away. If you are okay with last minute changes, appointments not being honored, or your time being wasted then go here.

I went in to get my full set taken off and a fresh one put on. They ripped off my set and didn’t soak them. I was getting pink and whites and she was putting the white on and when she was using another tip to make a clean cut, she was using the wrong sizes so it was all off. Then when she was putting the pink in she had mixed it with the white causing it to look like I had calcium deposits in the nail. I pointed that out to her and she was like oh I have to start all over again. She already did my full left had and three on my right. So I had to sit there and soak off this new set that she messed up. When she was trying to file it down with the drill she went to far into the nail hurting me. Which you can see in the pics. I had no time to wait for her to do them over again. So she did what she could and left some of the tips on my and the pink fill. Would never recommend to come here. EVER! Worst experience I have ever had. She didn’t even finish taking them off n left me like this.
