Okay for a pedicure but don’t use them for a gel manicure. They roughed up the surface of my nails with a file used for acrylic nails and my natural nails are now very thin, weak and pealing. They’ve always been long and strong on their own before this. Pedicure, Gel manicures

I took my 6 year old granddaughter for a mani/pedi. I requested gel coat so the polish would stay. About the third time under the light my granddaughter started to say it was hot and pulled out her hand. The tech forcibly took my granddaughter’s hand and put it back under the light. This went on several times. I was telling the tech it was burning her hand. My objections were ignored. After researching I’ve discovered sometimes the light does burn the client. We didn’t get the pedi as planned. Paid for the service provided and left. I will never use this business again and will be sure to share this unpleasant experience

After reading a few bad reviews, I was a little skeptical of trying Bella’s nail salon. But, I’m really glad I did! The women that did my fill and gel nail color was fantastic, friendly, and just did a fantastic job.the last salon I went to charged more, didn’t do nearly as good of a job, and didn’t say a single word to me the entire time. I will happily continue to go to Bella’s nail spa from here on out, and hope that other people give them a chance rather than reading the bad reviews and running the other way!

I am not one to post google reviews unless my review is 5 stars. However, I wish I could rate them with 0 stars!!! I get the dip nails and LOVE IT. I tried this place for the first time, because it’s closer to my house. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I paid 45 for dip (normal price). 3 days later my dip literally pealed RIGHT OFF. I have never had this happen. Usually they last 3 1/2 – 4 weeks. Not only did it peal off, She didn’t take her time on them what so ever & when I left the salon I was already somewhat disappointed. They have signs all over their salon saying “no money back” because they know people are constantly asking for money back bc they do an awful job. STAY AWAY.
