If you’re looking for a new nail salon to go to, don’t try this one. Charged me $85 for a gel mani-pedi. My polish started coming off less than a week from getting it done. That’s an outrageous price for my nails to literally be peeling off on the sides not even 4 or 5 days from getting them done, not to mention my uneven filed nails with my pedicure. I’ve been to rough places before, but have never had my nails peel off like this.

truly the worst nail experience ive ever had. the man started doing my nails and when i told him the design i wanted he plainly said “no. we dont do designs ” but would go back and forth with me about potentially being able to do the simple design i asked for. he then yelled at me for being indecisive because i didnt know which of their few selections of colors they had which i wanted because there werent any good blues to pick. the woman was on the phone the whole time before and right after painting my mom’s nails as well and they were talking and laughing about us in a different language right infront of us! they also consistently change their prices for things. after this last experience i had, i ended up bawling my eyes out because of the emotions i ended up feeling from these people. they told me i liked my nails when i clearly said i didnt, they are manipulative workers there so please trust me from 2 times going there, it is not worth it.

Which I noticed because I had on a dark pink and got a lighter purple. And completely rushed the polish painting. I’m not even sure the length matched both hands because they did not check like other places do.

Absolutely TERRIBLE place to get nails done. They were extremely rude! I called them to schedule and appointment to get gel nails. The man on the phone told me to “Come now”. I arrived there shortly after, and immediately a woman working there told me they cannot do my nails. I asked the man I spoke to over the phone why they cannot do my nails, and he lied saying, “No, no, no, I said we were busy”. I waited for over half an hour and they finally did my nails (they were crooked and uneven). They were talking about me in a different language and they were laughing at me as well. When I told the guy my nails were crooked, the woman came up to me and said “Don’t come here again”. Worst experience I’ve had with any business. Never going here again.

This place is very unprofessional.My pedicure was rushed and done poorly.I asked to see another color while getting my pedicure and she told me to go look at the color myself.How rude that was while my feet was in the water.Also they use very cheap gel polish.It chipped the next day.I advise ti go elsewhere.I left no tip.I’ll never go back there.I could’ve done a better job myself.

Not a very friendly staff and my pedicure, that I had been so looking forward to, was rushed and I felt, parts I’ve had in other salons (sugar or salt scrub and lotion) was skipped. It was a reasonable price but I don’t think they even earned what I gave them. Part of me wanted to skip the tip all together but I certainly gave less than I’ve given at other salons. Will only use them in emergencies and find a salon where I don’t feel like they are chatting about me in a language I don’t understand. Dont they understand how rude that is?

My sister and I went in to get our nails taken off simply because it was on our way home. It was the worst experience and there is still pieces of acrylic on them. They did not file them down at all. Then they proceeded to charge us $20 each for HORRIBLE service and an even worse outcome.

Fair is certainly an overstatement. Very, very poor customer service! The staff at this place does not honor appointments. My friend and I sat and waited 25 minutes past our scheduled appointment time for a pedicure while the only 2 nail specialists worked on other customers. When one of the nail specialists finished with a customer we told her that we had a scheduled appointment and the only result we got was a shrug with a mumble that we’d have to wait a little longer because she was now going to give her customer a manicure. I have better things to do than sit around and wait. “They know how to *take* the reservation, but they just don’t know how to *hold* the reservation. And that’s really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.”

TERRIBLE! She acted as if I were a complete inconvenience, spent the better part of my 60 minute visit holding a conversation with her male counterpart in a foreign language. When I pointed out that her work on a few of my nails was uneven, she told me it was my hand that was messed up – not her acrylic. I only went here because it was an emergency trip on my lunch break, but totally regret it now.
