I have been going to this shop for a long time. I love the cleanliness and effort in social distancing. What I don’t like is the price. For a very simple pedicure I was charged $45. The lady that did my pedi was so bad. She hurt my toes so bad and the polish was all over my toes. I will be choosing a different shop. I know Colin messed up everything, but the increase in prices is ridiculous.

This place is hands down the best place I’ve found anywhere in Rutherford Co. The atmosphere, the nail technicians Neither will disappoint. They also usually have a full staff so there is never a long wait. I’ve never had a bad experience and always get great service no matter who I sit down with. The nail tech lady who did my nails checked her phone and said is it time to go home yet while she was doing my nails. She also was gonna let me leave with my nail being chipped and polish not covering my nail in certain places until I said something to her a few times. She did fix it though. She also didnt care to speak to me and was more interested in the conversation next to us. The nail tech lady who did my daughters nails didn’t spend alot of time on her nails. Her stickers were coming off and bunched up. Thankfully the man who seemed like he was in charged asked how it went. we told him and he fixed the issue right away with my daughters nails. He was polite. The lady who did my nails charged us $15 for stickers (since they didnt want to design) which is over priced since we only used a few stickers. Unfortunately, We won’t be going back.
