I wish I could give this place zero stars. I called and asked for an appointment, upon arrival the man in the front tells me he doesn’t have time for me. When all I needed was one nail fix. That was all I needed, he didn’t even bother to ask me how many nails needed to be fixed or anything. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any nail salon. If you don’t want business then shut your doors.

I have been using Kim @Bella Nail Boutique for several years. She is wonderful! She has done regular manicures, gel manicures, and Spa pedicures for me. She always does an excellent job. The SPA pedicure costs more money than a regular pedicure, but it is an amazing experience. The SPA pedicure — extra massage time, leg mask, and foot wax treatment, etc. — is well worth the additional price! When my daughter visits from out of the area, I always make an appointment for her with Ann for a manicure and/or pedicure. I have never used Ann, but my daughter says that she is amazing as well! I highly recommend Bella Nail Boutique.

Went and had a pedicure there last week. It was amazing! Now under new management with new people and the pedicure chairs give the best massage. They have different spa pedicure packages that are well worth the money. Great job on actually painting the WHOLE NAIL and attention to detail when doing it. I’ll be going back.

I moved to nova last April and it has taken me THIS LONG to FINALLY find a nail person that I like… Scratch that… love Kevin Le’s work!!! He is so talented and amazing and does incredible nail art. My nails hold up for weeks and I am a bartender. I get a ton of compliments and he is thorough and detailed and fast too!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI went for a powder dip French and when i got there i was told that he couldn’t do the French dip. Then i proceeded with my nails and do something else. While doing my nails, I noticed he didn’t soak my nails nor cut my cuticles. When i asked , again he responded, we don’t do that. I explained, you should have told me that when I called to schedule my appt. So ended up getting a Gel n he did not do a good job w/ that, so i can only imagine the powder.
