I went in for a Spa Pedi and Gel filled Manicure. I was not greeted when I walked in, I was the first one there. There were only 2 people there, Nancy n another person. Not sure if she was the. Owner. Nancy did the Pedicure which was done quickly, she didn’t remove my callouses… this was my first visit there, as I just moved to the area. Then she started on my manicure…she filed off the old gel… n proceeded to put nail polish on it. I stopped her n told her I need the gel, as I do housework n I need the gel. She said she doesn’t do gel filling… n if I want it done, I have to go to another shop. I asked her if the other girl can do it for me, n she said No… I have to go get it done at another shop!!! I was livid!!! There was hostility between the 2 girls there! You could sense something was not right! How could you have a nail business n not know how to do a Gel Manicure! I suggest you go to another Nail Shop, don’t even waste your time here! I was so frustrated…. I never had this happen to me, ever!!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have no clue how this place is rated so high. First off they were an hour late to my friend and I which had appointments to only find out one tech would be doing us both so the time getting our nails done was doubled. $45 for a fill is outrageous when I got nothing special don’t what so ever. It’s been NOT even two weeks my acrylic is detaching from my nails and my thumb nail has fallen off completely. “gel” polish is peeling which is NOT suppose to do. Clearly gel polish was NOT used but I was charged for it. I have been getting my nails done religiously for 3 years now so I know good quality. That was my mistake however trying a new place when I should have stuck with my old place that I have been going to for the past 3 years. Don’t waste your money or time here. This salon is clean, elegant, and has very friendly staff. I did have an unpleasant experience with my gel pedicure – overnight immediately after getting it all polish started peeling/popping off. I don’t think it was properly applied. However! I called the next day and they had me come in to have it redone, no hassle. They were very kind and efficient, so if you’re not happy with the product know you can go to them and they’ll make it right. Here’s the final product!

My mom and I had pedicures and I had a full set of acrylic and the gals were very nice and did a beautiful job. Linda did my set and she was fast and she did great designs on them! I had a long time nail salon that is no longer available and I’m so glad after trying so many places, I found Bella nails.

I’ve come here off and on for years. But with new, modern look and the current management, Bella Nails has taken the customer service experience to a whole new level for me. Sue did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I have always done my nails out of obligation and found appointments to be mundane and an evil necessity. But now thanks to Sue and Bella Nails, I look forward to getting my nails done regularly and time always flies by. Highly recommend this place!

This place BLEW MY MIND and made me realize what a true nail salon should be! Sue was INCREDIBLE! I went here recently because it’s close to where I live and I thought I liked my old nail salon, but oh how wrong I was! This place BLEW MY MIND and made me realize what a true nail salon should be! I have received a pedicure from here and quite enjoyed it. Tools were clean, I was offered a beverage(mimosa was an option), they were efficient and my toes looked good. I decided to get a gel manicure on a Friday evening. I wanted the cool hombre style, but they lady said she couldn’t do it. No biggie, but a bit of a bummer. She was nice and did a pretty good, I was happy with my nails. Here’s where the loss of stars comes in, my nails began to chip the next morning! One little chip, I’ll get over it, not happy, but I’ll get over it. Day two, I had THREE nails chipped with some good chunks missing from two, so I decided I was going to go back and have them fix my nails on Monday because that was my next available day. So prepared to request a fix, a fourth nail chips, and I decided forget it. I was able to peel all of my gel polish off in about 5 minutes without any tools or acetone.

Bella Nails is amazing! I went in on Christmas Eve, as last minute walk-in and they were super accommodating! In-fact the nail color from my pedicure lasted so long! Such a clean and pleasant place to go.
