I’ve come here since moving to Chapel Hill 9 months ago. It’s always very professional and the staff is so friendly! Affordable pricing too compared to a lot of places, and they have always been able to accommodate me. Especially when I have inspo photos! Chi did my nails today and she is so focused on the details, and makes sure I liked how my nails were every step of the way. Love coming here!

The customer service there was great! They are very flexible, accept walk-ins and have the best customer service out of the many nail salons I’ve been to. The workers are friendly and always make you feel comfortable being there. Tina did an excellent job on my nails and constantly asked me if I liked the shape, color, and design throughout the process. The result was even better than I hoped for and I will definitely be coming here again as soon as I’m in the area. The location is very convenient, just five minutes from UNC and great for students nearby. The prices are very reasonable according to location and quality of the services. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and hope that anyone looking to get their nails done chooses this amazing place.

I had a great time at Bella Nail Bar! When we arrived, we were a little confused because it was unclear where we were supposed to stand and who to talk to. When we were seated though, my nail tech Twan was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. She did a great job with my nail art from a reference. I couldn’t be more pleased with how my nails turned out!

I went in to get dip nails removed. She started prying underneath the layer of polish with an acrylic press on and it was very painful. I told her it was painful and she continued. I told her again that it hurt and she still did not stop until I yanked my hand back and told her that she needed to stop. She cut me multiple times with the electric file. I will never go here again. She filed my nails so thin that they are red and my fingers are sore after asking her to please be gentle. She was clearly in a rush and did not care.

Came in with naked nails, broken and thin. They made them beautiful again! The tech took her time and was very professional and thorough. The atmosphere was nice, regular customers chatting and gossiping – great vibe. I got tips with SNS dip. Will definitely return!

I received a gel fill-in and gel pedicure from Sophia. She was absolutely amazing and really took her time to ensure that I had a great experience. And she truly had an amazing personality. I was RACIALLY PROFILED! I am a dark skin woman and went with two of my friends (one white, the other brown skin) and for some reason I was told to prepay among my friends. This was my first time getting my nails done, so I didn’t know if that was common. Therefore, I mentioned that my other friends haven’t prepaid and the manager told me she was getting their cards immediately. Instead of getting the cards of both friends, she just got the card of my friend who is brown skin. As I finish my manicure, and patiently wait for my friends, these two white women come into the salon and get their nails done. I say and watched them pay after their appointment, although the manager told me everyone prepays. I was confused and brought this situation up to the manager at the end and she completely dismissed what happened and just wanted to apologize without understanding my perspective. The lady who did my nails was really nice, however you shouldn’t be prepaying for a service you don’t know you’re going to get. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated because something like that has never happened to me. This is just a reminder to always speak up for yourself especially when you know things aren’t right.

I have gone here two times. I got a deluxe pedicure for my sister and I. I also got a gel polish change. We both were going to get 5 minute massages. After stating we had an appointment to go to they still charged me $130 and told me that’s because they did our massages during the pedicure. The menu states that the deluxe has a 6 minute massage. After calling and adding everything up they aren’t giving me a refund. I don’t plan to go back here.

I love the ease of online appointment scheduling and that they’re open on Sundays. I’ve had multiple technicians and everyone was great. The space is very inviting and I love their massage chairs. Overall, it’s always been a great experience!
