I was talking to a friend and didn’t realize that my manicurist drilled off the old manicure completely, instead of buffing and soaking. She drilled through my sidewalls and burned my nails. I didn’t realize it until I left. I did get a refund but my nails cracked vertically later that day and I’ll have to grow them completely out again.

Was looking for a new salon, walked in just to ask how long the wait was, and was told that they weren’t taking no one else. There was two persons waiting, the girl that helped was asking someone else and this person was very rude and said to me.. “Its going to be a long wait” as if I wasnt going to pay. Was just wondering if they were going to take the rest of the day to complete 2 customers and it wasnt even 10am when I walked in. I was just asking and the response was very rude. Def not going there not even for my first time.

I went in to get my fingernails done with Anc. It was going fine and then after applying the anc to my fingernails and finish up the guy wanted to cut my cuticles, which is usually done before applying anything. As he was cutting my cuticles he cut 2 of fingers and they wouldn’t stop bleeding! He didn’t say sorry just proceed and put straight alcohol on it, but it kept bleeding and it was two small cuts but they hurt really bad and wouldn’t stop bleeding. He then was buffing my nails right on my cut. ALSO the man continued to do my nails after he cut my finger, it bled the entire time in the dip powder. Unbelievably unsanitary and disgusting. Some of my blood particles are now in one of the dip powders, he can clean all utensils but that was a new powder he had just opened. I have been there 3 other times and now will go somewhere else. I had to pay full price!!
