First time using this nail salon. They were able to give me an appointment within 40 minutes of the time I called. For a regular mani/pedi you get the full treatment – scrub, massage, paraffin wax, hot stone -which is really what would keep me coming back especially when a lot of other salons are scaling back. They operate like a machine, one thing after another with very little chit chat which I don’t mind. They could be friendlier in general though. Overall great value for an efficient service.

Bella is good. The same staff is okay. If you have an appointment on a not busy day you won’t have to wait long. Without an appointment, you could have to wait. Nothing really to complain about but also nothing special in my opinion.

Cream, scrub, oil, hot rocks and lotion, what else do you want? Well worth $25! You have the option of a neck massage which was amazing! Maggie was wonderful! I have never had a bad experience. The prices are fair for the services. The “free” massage (of course you should tip) is worth the trip alone. I have gone twice since the re opening after the shutdown and I feel very safe there. They are taking all precautions. Lucite dividers between all pedi chairs, the staff all wear masks and plastic shields. Customers are required to wear masks and they alcohol every chair and space when someone gets up. There is also hand sanitizer at every station including the drying stations. Excellent nail salon. There are so many to choose from on Staten Island, but this one is surely the best. The manager treats you very well and always checks in to see how you’re doing. The pedicures are amazing — they last at least 45 minutes with hot stones and paraffin wax. I had gel wraps done here and it was so well done that when I decided I didn’t want them anymore (3 weeks later), I could still barely get them off! Love this place – A+

Very nice experience. I came in without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. The pedicure ($25). Is one of the best I’ve ever had. The only down fall is the prices are very steep. Overall my nails are nicely done.
