Horibble service. I had an appointment booked for my daughter and then she cancelled it without telling us anything. We called her asking why she cancelled it and when we could reschedule. She kept saying she would call us back but she never did. When we finally did book another appointment she cancelled it a day before we were supposed to go.

It was a very nice experience. The place was inviting and personalized. I showed her pictures of what I was leaning towards and told her my concerns and she gave me everything that I wanted. The color turned out a very nice Sandy blonde so she knew exactly what I was thinking and gave me ideas for the next visit that I’m excited to try!
