Fujan did such an incredible job with my hair, I truly can say that she has worked with my hair type and catered to my hair like no other stylist has. NOt only was she knowledgeable but she was so sweet and helpful. I struggled so much with my delicate dry damaged curly hair. She practically revived it and gave it a whole makeover without a drop of damage. She is a true stylist to say the least. I will definitely only be going to her from now on!

Great staff, great hair stylist and colorists, excellent location and they don’t overbook which is important because that means you’re not left sitting forever waiting for your appointment. The prices are a bit steep but most good salons are these days. Matt (master stylist) is excellent and very accommodating, doesn’t talk too much nor too little which is important when you’re sitting there for a couple of hours. The receptionist and support staff are also good. The one recommendation I will give to the owners is to set up your voicemail, answer your phones, and have better follow up on request for appointments. I called several times and didn’t even get the option of voicemail. I also requested callback/confirmation twice which I never received. The online booking system is also clunky. I’m guessing the salon is losing clients because of these things.

Fujan was an incredible hair stylist! I received the best highlights of my life. She took her time and was very precise. I could not have asked for a better outcome. She was very nice and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend others to go to Fujan for both highlights and hair cuts! 10/10 outcome!

Had a lovely wash and then the horribleness started. My stylist raked through my hair, never putting in an conditioner, blow dried my hair with no heat protectant and then styled my hair with bobby-pins that he picked up off the floor. The style looked like a rats nest and I had to go back to the hotel and take it all out. Would not go back again!!

We had a appointment at 9:00am which we agreed upon a month in advance that we would be coming in early. We showed up at 9:00am and nobody was in the salon. They didn’t uphold the appointment and forgot and my wife’s grandmas hair was supposed to get done for her 90th birthday celebration. Kim story short, this place no showed for a appointment. Very bad look for what looks like a nice salon…. Very disappointed.

The guy who cut my hair was very nice and understanding that I was not satisfied with my haircut. Instead of paying $120 u paid $40. But the lady at the front was not happy with me. The pictures below are at a different hair salon where I had to go get my haircut fixed. In the before picture you can see my hair is not in a clear V shape and it’s crooked. In the after, a new hairstylist called Fay, in George Town fixed it.
