I was nervous about finding a new stylist, so I did my research, and called Lisa at Bella Mia for an appointment. She fit me in quickly due to a cancellation, and I am so thankful I found her! She loves her profession and provides excellent service. Her salon is a peaceful oasis where you can go and just be pampered with care and excellent conversation. I LOVE Bella Mia and Lisa! Lisa makes everyone feel special. This is my pampering headquarters for nails, pedicure, hair cut and color and eyelash extensions. Lisa has created a space that makes you feel like she’s invited you to her home. There’s always coffee or tea and cheese and fruit or home baked cookies to snack on. As someone traveling through town, I was blown away with how quickly Lisa worked to fit me in for a highlight and trim. She made room for me the same day that I requested an appointment, working me in between her other clients. She worked quickly and had me finished in under two hours (blow dry and styled, too) while still doing the best job on my highlights ever. I highly recommend Lisa for her skills, professionalism, beautiful salon and amazing service.

Just moved to town and was having a hard time finding a stylist that I could trust with my hair. I contacted my old stylist in California and asked if she knew anyone here. She contacted some clients and one had an aunt who lives in Hayden. She referred me to Bella Mia and to Diane Ross. Omgosh, I absolutely love the color. It’s a super cute salon. Lisa and Diane are super friendly. Highly recommend this salon.

I must counter these negative reviews with my glowing review of Lisa. She is the most accommodating hairstylist that I have ever met. I have a hectic schedule that frequently changes and regardless of the time of day, she makes every effort to come in and do my hair. She is conscientious, courteous, and very skilled. She has styled, cut, and colored my hair numerous times and I have never been dissatisfied with her work. I highly recommend her.

My wife came into Bella Mia salon on Wednesday the 16th, her appointment was with the owner Lisa Kelly. My wife walked into the salon and told her exactly what she did NOT want and walked out with exactly that! Her hair is extremely damaged and is jet black! Lisa has refused to return phone calls/texts and will not reimburse any money. My wife HAD beautiful healthy hair and now it’s dry, damaged and destroyed! My family and friends will be talking to EVERYONE we come in contact with about how horrible Lisa Kelly is.

The worst experience I have ever had!! My hair is completely damaged, brittle and destroyed. She bleached my hair and then colored it black. I have no idea why she did that. All I wanted was a light brown color. I have no idea how she got her cosmetology license. I will forever tell everyone how horrible my experience was at this salon. She admitted that she messed up but refuses to reimburse me!.
