I went here for the first time, and was super happy with my overall experience. The process was super fast(literally under 15 mins for a full Brazilian) and also she was efficient. No hairs left behind. I didn’t have any wait time for the appointment either. As soon as i wakes in she was ready for me! She also made me feel very comfortable! I’m already booking my next appointment.

She’s very welcoming and does her job incredibly well all while taking less than 20 minutes to do a full brazilian service! Courtney was very professional and super friendly, which goes a long way when you’re fully exposed. The office is bright and clean, and was very comfortable during the treatment. I got a brazilian wax for the first time and without a doubt, I will be now be a regular. Courtney was very professional and super friendly, which goes a long way when you’re fully exposed. The office is bright and clean, and was very comfortable during the treatment. It was also MUCH less painful than I anticipated , but I attribute that to her technique. Also, she is super fast. Critical: ProfessionalismI tried giving this company a chance as I am firm believer of circulating the black dollar however I was very turned off by the way she handled a schedule discrepancy.I had my sister schedule me for a brazilian wax after she vetted for this company as she is a client. She raved that I can try her new client special so I gave my sister my card and told her to book me for July 14th. By mistake she booked for July 7th which I was unaware of.7:12pm I received a text from an unknown number which prompted me to open and review. When I noticed it was about waxing and started to text back that it is the wrong date, she wrote the appointment was canceled right after the first text due to no show. I explained in a sincere way I had no idea that I was booked for today and she simply said with a happy emoji to rebook for next Wednesday although I mentioned I was happy to pay a fee for the no show.She then stated that I should have received an email and text and I told her no, i simply gave my card and the only text i received was at 7:12pm. I called my immediately and she apologized but mentioned that she made it for 7/7 for 7pm.
