Have been going to Pam for a few years now, have always received an excellent Mani/Pedi. One appointment she was a no-show. But I continued to go back, because I enjoyed my “me time splurge”! A few weeks ago I went in for my appointment and found out another person was going to be doing my nails? (no advance notice from Pam, that someone different would be doing them!) The person did a good job, but definetly lacked the experience I was used to getting. I just tried to schedule my next appointment and Pam stated that she was focusing on lashes, and ____ would be doing nails now!

Critical: ValueI was getting my lashes done here for about 6 months. First 5 months were good, then the last two appointments the 48 hours after my appointment my eyes were bloodshot red, and it hurt to open them. On top of that the quality of the lashes seemed to go down. They were no longer fluffy and natural looking. I’ve since found another lash tech and had no issues. I was getting my lashes done here for about 6 months. First 5 months were good, then the last two appointments the 48 hours after my appointment my eyes were bloodshot red, and it hurt to open them. My mother in law bought me a groupon for my birthday to try out Pam’s salon. It’s been over 3 years since that day, and I haven’t been to anyone else since!!!! Pam is very professional, friendly, takes her time with each customer, & values quality work, & it shows! Her salon is always cute, clean, & polished! It is a very relaxing & inviting environment! My gel nails ALWAYS look amazing & last a very long time (over a month at least). For that, & many more reasons, money is well spent, and I don’t want to go elsewhere! Thanks Pam!

She was very efficient and professional. It was a great experience and she also took the time to go over maintenance and give me helpful tips on aftercare. AMAZING!!!! Will recommend abd return.
