I set up an appointment days prior and I wasn’t properly scheduled. They’re willing to fix it, which I appreciate, but I wasted time and gas coming up just to be told it wasn’t possible to fit me in. The woman who was gonna do my facial was sweet and explained the issue, but it’s the fact that the issue occurred at all that upsets me. If the facial is worth it, I’ll up the review, but as of now, it’s a no go for me. Thanks for the effort regardless

I went for threads bad experience all they did was make more lines on my face .went back to have it fixed and the did something to my face which caused lumps on my cheeks . I asked for a refund or at least partial and they didn’t even answer me.wouldnt recommend this place at all.guess they all had a nice steak with my $2500.

I love this place Jhon and the staff are really down to earth people and make you feel so comfortable. No judgements, like other places I’ve been to. They give you options but don’t try to up sell products you don’t want. You get exactly what you pay for, with kindness. I’ve shopped around and this is the best choice for me.

I came here for tattoo removal. Lasers are outdated, which makes treatment much longer. I was told my tattoo would be removed in 6 sessions; by my 5th session, you could not tell I had any sessions at all. I was then directed to purchase another 6 sessions. Expectations were not realistic. To make a long story short, I went somewhere else for a consultation, and chose not to go back for my last session. At my consultation at the new place, I was informed of scarring caused by improper treatment. Overall, I wasted $800. I DO NOT recommend this place for tattoo removal. I only give one star due to the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the facility.

Had a 30 minute massage from Jaime…..wonderful & so relaxing!! Then I had a 30 minute facial from Chelsea. It was so refreshing & the atmosphere. I also appreciate that she didn’t try to sell me any products. I’d recommend in a heart beat!

My life took an unexpected journey. I will be starting chemo on December 31,2019. I went to Bella Luna in tears. I was graciously welcomed by JoHon and her lovely staff. With the unknown looming my skin care and physical health were addressed. JoHon tasked her team to develop a protocol for facials and massages just for me. Today I was scheduled for a facial. After completing Jennifer hugged me and said she would walk beside me trough this journey. My heart was then overwhelmed with JoHon and her fabulous staff. My per chemo facial was graciously complementary. What great stewards of the Amarillo way of life. Thank you Bella Luna! Now let do this! #justsaynotocancer
