Horrible customer service. I came in asking for ONE acrylic nail that was lifted to simply be glued on. I expected for this to take less than 5 minutes.I was told that all techs were busy and that i would need to wait 30 minutes. That was fine, until I saw a tech go to service another customer who came in AFTER me. I asked the receptionist if she could at least service me, since I just needed one nail to be glued, she stated that she didn’t know where the glue was, nor did she attempt to ask the techs where it was. This was supposed to be a simple service. Please believe the amount of negative reviews and avoid this business.

I am a regular customer at Bella Lifestyle Nail Salon but today I was so disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. During both the manicure and pedicure the technician pinched my skin with the clippers multiple times. I pointed it out to him but it continued to happen. Initially, I considered he was having a bad day and maybe the clippers accidentally slipped. But several hours after leaving the nail salon my fingers and my toes hurt and my feet feel like sandpaper. This is truly disappointing and I won’t be returning to this nail salon.

No stars! Don’t go here don’t stop in for a “quick” mani or pedi! This place takes hours! To do anything! (Note place was empty) They bullied my daughter into getting little stones on her nails even though she said no and then charged for them! They didn’t do her nails at all how she asked. There are spider webs everywhere and spiders crawling on the walls. Save your time and money and never go here.

Very unhygienic. Nail tech dropped the nail tips on the floor, picked them up and placed them back into the container. All tools were visibly dirty from previous uses. AND he had cut my skin twice using the little grinder machine. One nail fell off 2 weeks after. Worst experience ever. No one ever go here for the sake of your health!!!! Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLONG POST ALERT | This was a first time experience at this location with a friend. I asked for a solar powder fill from a prior service at a previous location. The receptionist (the owners niece) and employee Crystal assisted me. I informed them that I have solar powder on my nails and Crystal stated I should get a solar powder color change because they didn’t have the matching solar powered for my nails. Crystal was available but after showing her what that I wanted a nail outline, she had an attitude and decided to have another employee, Kevin provide the service.Kevin stated he has been doing nails for over 20 years and he started at the location over a week ago. My nails he stated was very simple and he does the nail online design all the time. I decided to let him continue with my service.Kevin used the dipping powder for my solar powder color change. He never removed the solar powder from my nails prior to applying the new application. The steps used to apply great quality nails were not used. The dipping powder application was so running and two thick that it took forever to dry because it’s not made to be used as a solar powder application. I stated to Kevin that his application wasn’t good and it’s to thick and runny. He said it will be fine. He also applied the line outline design on my nails and I stated that he wasn’t doing it right and I didn’t want it, he told me he will do it, he does it all the time, it looks great. I told him I didn’t like it and it looks bad. He begin to have an attitude and throw his hand up at me out of frustration.After sitting for two hours, I’m furious and I head to the front to pay. The owners niece states that I need to pay full price because Kevin still applied the line outline design and I informed her that I wasn’t paying for the design. I will pay only a certain amount. In reality I didn’t want to pay for it at all.The next day I reached out to the owner Nancy to inform her of my experience and that I do not like my nails. She stated that she will be able to do them or have someone fix them and she asked me to come in when I return from out of town. I returned out of town the owner wasn’t there but Ana, another receptionist assisted me and stated that she had someone who can do them for me.Crystal was available again and she tossed her hand at me and said she wasn’t doing my nails. Then she causes a scene at the front by calling Kevin over and asking him didn’t he do my nails. Point at my fingers and handling the situation like she was disgusted that I came back to the store.This was by far the worse experience for me at a nail shop and I wasn’t satisfied with the service the first time. Although, Nancy was trying to assist me over the phone she wasn’t really making me feel satisfied. I was trying to explain my experience the second time and she wasn’t trying to listen which made me more upset. She stated she already heard the story from Ana, she sounded nonchalant stating she already talked to Crystal. She still should’ve been willing to let me express what happened as well and she didn’t until I asked her to listen. After speaking to her I wanted a refund she stated that she will not give me one and to come in she will have someone do them. The environment doesn’t feel comfortable for me to return even after speaking with her. I’m big on customer service and customers are the reason we are able to still have a business open. As a business owner I didn’t feel she handled the situation professionally nor did she make me feel she truly cared.____________________________________________________Thanks to SA Nails, off San Pedro for fixing my nails. I came here with my mother-in-law and Aunt to get our Christmas nails done. I do not frequent nail salons, but the staff and my nail technician we’re very nice and did a very good job on my powder dip nails. My mother-in-law’s technician did a custom snowman as her accent nail, and it was very cute. The salon itself is very clean and doesn’t have the overly strong scent of your typical nail salon. the drinks they offer is just an added plus as you are getting pampered. this is my mother-in-law’s regular spot for her nails, and she has very good taste. My full set of powder dip nails was $45, so fairly reasonable for something that lasted almost a month!
