This was the worst dipped manicure I have gotten in years. Two nails lifted within a week and all of the top coat was worn by the end of the second week. It was pricey too. I have been doing a dipped polish for at least 6 years and a good manicure will last me 3-4 weeks without these issues. Dip powder

I have been going to nail salons for 30 plus years and have never felt the need to be loyal to one technician, and then I met Andy at Bella Nails. His gel manicures do not come off! After three weeks they are still on ! His pedicure massage is pure heaven! Plus he is the nicest guy who makes you feel so welcome. Now, I make an appointment and only see Andy. His work is beautiful and I leave feeling refreshed and my nails look gorgeous. I don’t know what his secret is , but it works. Highly recommend!

today was my first time visiting this salon and it will be my last. i made an appointment and still waited almost 30 minutes before i was serviced. i only received a pedicure and the person providing my service was extremely inattentive and also lacked some sanitary practices. she got up in the middle of my pedicure after applying the hot towel and proceeded to collect towels from the entire salon. by the time she returned the towels were freezing cold and she seemed offended that i asked her to change her gloves after she’d touched the entire salon. even after changing her gloves in the middle of painting my nails she checked her phone in the middle! the actual paint job was standard and the “spa” aspect of the pedicure was subpar. they also charge a service fee if you use a card which they do not mention before your service.

Always the best service and the best manicure/ pedicure around. The place is clean and well-run, and the service is friendly. They now allow tilling via Venmo (rather than cash only) which is really convenient. Love the milk and honey pedicure.

I have been here before and it has always been good. However, they lost my business today. My husband and myself were scheduled for pedicures and then a mani for him and a full sns set for me. Needless to say we left after the pedicures. Before sitting I showed my tech serval different designs and went one by one asking if he could do any of them for my hands, he said no to each and every one. For reference one was a flower to just be painted on, another was ombré and another was a modern french tip, with another being a geo type design and wasn’t sure if it could be done (this design being the only exception of possibly being difficult). I just said I would hold off on my nails then and just do my toes. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted and he just started and seemed annoyed he had to do my pedicure. My husband told his tech (before mine came over) that we were both getting the deluxe pedicure. I had thought she told my tech or else I would have stopped him to let him know which one I wanted. When I realized I was just getting a regular pedicure I just said to myself “oh well” and I would just pay for a regular pedicure. Once he was done painting he must have realized my husband I wanted the same one and quickly started do my paraffin treatment, After I was done with color. I never got a scent added or anything else that came with the deluxe pedicure. Both my husband and myself never got an extended massage which states it is included. We felt very rushed to get done, even though it wasn’t overly busy. It seems petty, but my nails aren’t exactly filed even either. My husband got done a little before me and our total came to $150!!!! I feel completely robbed and we are going on vacation and my nails are crooked and the bottoms of my feet aren’t smooth at all. Needless to say I’m highly annoyed

I was given a gift certificate so I was excited to try the place . I will not return . I was never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted . The appointment was rushed . The manicurist was working so fast the event was not relaxing . I came home and realized I had a big bubble on one of my nails . I did not find the place clean and the massage chair felt like it was in its last legs !

I have been going to them on and off for about 2 years. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are always so busy but the service at this point is just ridiculous. I made an appointment for 6 pm, got there at 5:50 pm, and didn’t sit until 6:30. It took TWO HOURS to do a gel fill. I didn’t leave until 8:30 so I was there for almost 3 hours. The nails were also atrocious. I will never be going back.
