I went in for a regular pedicure and was not satisfied. The technician was not going to cut my nails down, I had to ask for that. Then when she did cut them, they were uneven and she skipped toes! She was cutting off cuticle even AFTER she painted my toes because she missed them initially. This place is not worth the prices they charge. The staff all seemed rush to get you in and out and don’t really focus on the person in front of them. Also, I’m 5’2 and the massage chair didn’t ever come down past my neck.

I called this morning, around 10:30, wanting to come in around 11. The gentleman I spoke to in the phone was extremely friendly and accommodating. He said they could take me and asked my name. When I showed up, he asked for my name and remembered our recent conversation. He handed me the dip powder colors and asked me to have a seat, the tech would be with me “in two minutes.” I sat for maybe 49 seconds before a tech swooped me up and took me to her chair. My tech – Joline, I believe – was super gentle and very meticulous while she did my nails. We talked about powder colors and she offered an alternative to what I picked that was more natural. She did a great job on my short nails, after just taking off my long acrylics. Nothing bugs me more than when the cuticle area of dip nails looks sloppy and these pass my test with flying colors. Good service however prices change quickly. There’s no transparency with prices. One minute it’s $5 to add a service the next week it’s $18. They are good with neatness of your manicure thus the stars given however I’ve been coming here for a few months now and have gotten the same service but have paid multiple different prices. It’s sad bcuz it’s so close to me but I need transparency and consistency of prices

Belle is always a wonderful experience. The owners and managers are customer service driven and always interested in you having a wonderful experience. The shop is a whole spa experience. They have top quality polishes, matching gel, dip and natural polishes. The shop is always clean and welcoming. All of the techs are excellent on nails and toes, both women and men technicians. I recently got a manicure and pedicure done here they look nice from far away…the staff was very friendly and inviting and helpful but days pass and as I look at my nails they already look like I need to get them done again it’s been years since I’ve gotten my nails done and I was told that Gel Nails would last longer by the staff, they did not last its been 3 days and to me they are very lumpy if you touch them and up close my nails you can see the gel has lifted were it was uneven… VERY UNHAPPY

Terrible service ! I paid 79$ for SNS manicure and pedicure plus 15$ tip . First days my manicure looked good. On the second cuticle skin started to look peeled and red and it hurt a lot . I did my manicure right before my vacation so I couldn’t go back and complain. I want to get my money back

I used to go to Bella and in the beginning enjoyed the experience. The technicians were very nice and always did a great job. However, I stopped going after the 4th time they canceled my appointment. They insisted that you call ahead and schedule an appointment. Once I showed up they would say we can’t take you now how about tomorrow? My time is just as valuable as anyone else. Many times I would squeeze in a manicure on the way to an event because they were not available earlier in the day or the day prior. Very unprofessional and I guess they are so busy they don’t need my business. Looking for another salon in the area and am open to suggestions.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly! One of the staff members was playing with my 4 year old daughter while I got my mani pedi.. my daughters absolutely love it. They had a lot of fun! My nails look amazing! Didn’t have to wait much and to me this is by far the best nail salon I have gone to. I have gone to many nail salons and they always break, or don’t even look natural. I recommend this place!
