Lisa did an awesome job doing an up do for my granddaughter for prom. She checked continuously to make sure it was exactly how she wanted it. Lisa is very friendly. The salon offers you something to drink when you arrive. They make you feel right at home. A little pricey but worth it for special occasions! Couldn’t have been happier. Lisa was quick even though it was waist length hair and she knew what she was doing. Style stayed secure even with dancing. The sparkle spray was a fun added touch. Thank you Lisa!

I called to schedule a polish change for $28, first of all, my nail techs were great. I did have some acrylic nails on that needed to come off, I told her we didn’t need to take them off if she couldn’t, just cut them and make them short. She decided to take them off, they did not have the proper tools to do so, so most of the power was left on my nails, that’s fine I just needed them short for work.(I was there for 1.5-2 hours while she tried to remove them) when it was finally time to leave the lady at the counter told me my total was $99 for two color changes! Turns out a color change, what I wanted, is apparently not the service I received. She told me that it was considered a manicure for trimming my nails and making them shorter, and apparently it cost $15 to take off acrylics that were not done by them. (Fine, but being informed of that would have been nice) as well as them telling me the trimming of my nails would add to my total, considering I only booked color changes. My nails look okay, little bumpy and uneven because they couldn’t get all of the previous product off my nails, but I was okay with that because it was $28 bucks and I just needed them short and cleaned up a bit for work, but I am very disappointed with the price point for what I got.
