I got three facials from Colleen, and was reasonably happy with the results. However, when I needed to reschedule an appointment I could not get a hold of her at all. I called the number that she gave me repeatedly, I texted her, and I tried using the website. Nothing. No response what so ever. I choose to believe that it is technical difficulty and not her blatantly ignoring me.
