Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOh this is the worst place to ever go to very unprofessional very ignorant when you try to get the color corrected she’s very belligerent she puts you down for being pregnant then just because she doesn’t like what you are doing (having a baby) she turns around and she destroys your hair to look like a zebra! She makes you spend $140 for a few highlights and will not correct it if you tell her that her work does not look very well! If you would like to have a beautiful new hair color something to look refresh do not use the salon at all if I could I would give her a -5 stars! The one who did my hair was the owner!!! She won’t even fix my hair now I have to pay again to have my hair done!!! Critical: Quality, ValueVery disappointed with my visit yesterday and my emphasis to the stylist on how I was not happy nor did my color look anything like this picture I presented to him.Instead of if the stylist offering to fix this mess he blatantly stated a typical charge for what I had done would be more but I was a new client and he blocked his afternoon to attend to me. Oh yes and that roots always show with foils, that we discussed this in my consultation which is complete BS and again I showed him a picture! If he could not do the color in the picture he should have told me and we could have reconsulted instead at the end of the appointment I told him the color looks nothing like this pic he said well I don’t know what base color she has it’s hard to tell from a picture!Now I need to spend more money to get this fixed by a professional not someone with only 6 years experience!Very disappointed with my visit yesterday and my emphasis to the stylist on how I was not happy nor did my color look anything like this picture I presented to him. …More
