She’s so talented at what she does and she is very sweet and easy to talk to as well. I came to her with some very specific goals for my blonde hair and she has delivered beautiful results. I am so happy that I found Liv and this great salon. It is a friendly, welcoming, clean, upscale salon and I enjoy going there. Liv is absolutely fantastic! She’s so talented at what she does and she is very sweet and easy to talk to as well. I came to her with some very specific goals for my blonde hair and she has delivered beautiful results. Critical: ProfessionalismCalled the office to ask for Trista, left a voicemail that I would like to schedule an appt for a haircut. Trista calls back and tells me that someone named Valerie called this number and they should have called her other number in Fort Lauderdale, I told her I’m not Valerie and would still like to schedule an appt for a haircut. Trista seemed very uptight, jumpy, upset and very annoyed, asked me what I need , I told her again a haircut and a mask, she starts arguing with me that a mask and conditioner are the same things, ok I let it go once again, then she says her next available appt is on January 26, basically in 3 weeks ….ok I ask her if there’s anything available around 4:00pm since that’s when I get off work, she gets all aggressive and tells me that no I do not work so late and never have!!!! And I don’t even call people on Sunday’s !!!! Which I honestly do not understand , if you don’t work on Sunday’s then don’t call people on Sunday’s it’s that easy !!!! So after her last comment I got tired and told her that if she is not in the mood then I can take my business someplace else. I have never met such a rude and unprofessional hair dresser, I am a very patient person but even I can only take so much of her ridiculous behavior. No thanks! Called the office to ask for Trista, left a voicemail that I would like to schedule an appt for a haircut. Trista calls back and tells me that someone named Valerie called this number and they should have called her other number in Fort Lauderdale, I told her I’m not Valerie and would still like to schedule an appt for a haircut.
