I was referred to Melissa by a friend and I couldn’t be happier to get my services done at Bella Hands. I’ve been getting my lashes done with Melissa for 9 months now and she’s amazing at what she does. I always leave my appointment with confidence because of how great my lash extensions look. I never realized how much of a confidence booster they are until getting them done. I had asked for classic then moved onto a more hybrid look hoping to have something not too dramatic and she delivers every time. She goes above and beyond. I always make sure to schedule with her with advanced notice but if anything ever comes up and I need to reschedule she’s so great at fitting you in at another time. 10/10 service every time.

I get my waxing and nail services done with Melissa several times a month her ability to book appointments out a few months in advance allows me to make sure I have scheduled appointments at the same consistant times convenient to me. My nails are always amazing and hold up well. I work with horses and am very hard on them and have never been able to keep nails on for more than a week, well it’s not been a problem since I have been woth Mel over a year now. I will never go back to another tech!

I’ve been driving from Gresham to Milwaukie for over a year to get my lashes done by this person. A lash fill needed to be rescheduled due to a possible covid exposure at my workplace-pretty normal procedure. I didn’t respond to a text from Melissa inside a time period she saw fit and she canceled all my upcoming appointments. I book all my appointments weeks in advance because her schedule is booked solid. Now I’m receiving radio silence, so I guess I’m no longer a client ♀️ I wanted to warn people because she just dropped me after being a client for over a year. I thought we had a good relationship but I’ve been left upset and confused by the whole situation. I will add that on more than one occasion her hands smelled disgusting during my lash fill. As if she had used the bathroom and not washed her hands.
