I really wanted tribal braids. I cut my locs a few months ago, so my hair is short. I went to another braiding salon, but I was told that my hair was too short and to do another hairstyle that I did not want. I searched for other braiding salons in Rocky Mount and found Bella’s. I called and asked if they did tribal braids and I told the owner that I had short hair, she told me to come in and it could be done. Six hours later I left the shop looking like a new person. I got so many compliments on my hair, it has been a month now and I am still getting compliments. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

This place is bad business, I made an appointment and then when I get there they’re already packed, then I told the lady what I was there for them she calls someone to ask if I wanted small box braids and I said no, I came for micros then she said can u come back at 1pm, I said no I’ll go somewhere else. If I wanted an afternoon appointment I would have made one. Then they ppl that was there before when I went ain’t even there anymore, what is really going on. SMH,They make to many appointments at one time with everyone coming at the same time. This is really bad business. I want be returning here anymore

I left a negative review last year and I wanted to do an update. Last year, I was upset because they didn’t honor the appointment time. However, my hair looked great. This year I decided not to make an appointment. I just went to see was available to braid my hair. They were, 3 people braided my hair at once. My hair is fire . I always have them braid my hair. I started thinking, Brenda people calling them all the time saying they coming at a certain time and without a deposit, they have no way of knowing if the person is sincere or not. They are not updated where you go online and pay a deposit to ensure the appointment is honored. Yes, it would be better if they were upfront and say we are first come first serve. I know people call them all the time and say they are coming and don’t show up. I have done it myself. This is how they make a living. In the future, I will just go on a weekday or try to be the first in line on the weekend.

I have done my hair at this place three times for this year but my last experience was the worse and it not with the person doing my hair she did an excellent job and was very professional it was the owner she is Crooked , tell me one price then when I sit in the chair the day of my appointment she told me a different price even when I told her that’s not what she told me before and it I’m not the only one she did that to Won’t be going back there she’s greedy.

Don’t ever try to make a appointment because they won’t keep it ! I sat in the waiting for almost 7 hours from 9am to 3pm! ,they kept stopping on other peoples hair. As soon as I walked out because I wasn’t gonna wait anymore the lady ran out telling me to wait because she was almost done with another girls hair so I did for about 30 more mins but she never came back. Highly disappointed they over charge !! I kept hearing them change the prices , box braids were 180 she told another person 200. I will not sit and wait then pay almost 200 dollars!! Bad service do not go here!
