To make a long story short: please don’t go to Claudia. My first appointment was to turn my patchy red hair to a blonde. And she asked me what color I wanted and I made it clear that I did not want platinum blonde. I was pretty happy with my hair and then I went onto my second appointment where she told me it was just for a deep conditioning treatment for $30. Because she did not communicate with me at all throughout the entire appointment, she ended up doing my roots at four weeks which damaged my roots. And then she charged me with an extra $60 for her mistake. She even blamed it on my mom who was in contact with her to arrange my appointments, saying that my mom said to do my roots. So by my second appointment, I walked out with my roots done, and my hair being lighter than last time. She gave me a discount for my third appointment, which is the only reason why I went. My third and last appointment was just to get my roots done after six weeks. In the salon lighting, I could not tell what disaster my hair looked like. She put a very strong toner on my hair which turned patches of my hair grey, and light purple. She did not even bother to put the toner on my roots so my hair was like a yellow, brassy blonde at my roots, turned to gray and purple patches on the top part of my hair and then it went back to the brassy yellow again for the rest of my hair. And she thought she could get away with it by just telling me to get a toner. I’ve debated on posting this review for a while, but I’m deciding to post it because I had to fix my hair by myself due to already spending so much to be blonde. My hair is surprisingly really healthy after what it’s been through but because I used a box dye to fix it, I will have to wait for my hair to grow out to professionally get it done. I don’t know the other ladies name’s , but if you do go here please go to them, not Claudia.
