Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady that did my pedicure did a great job which I am pleased with. However the lady that did my manicure had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She completely annihilated my cuticles, leaving them bleeding on 7/10 fingers. The customer service from the lady doing my friends pedicure was absolutely uncalled for. They thought I was a teen, when I said how old I was and a mother the lady proceeded to literally STARE at me with a disgusted face until we left. I will never come back again after how uncomfortable i felt. But I did get cold water and the pedicure was lovely. The lady that did my pedicure did a great job which I am pleased with. However the lady that did my manicure had absolutely no idea what she was doing.
