I always go to Lisa, best haircuts I’ve ever had. Very reliable and I get in and out quickly. My sister now always goes to her as well and agrees. The salon is also very reasonably priced so I don’t have to spend a fortune on a good haircut

I will never go here again. I cannot speak for the other stylists but I went to Tiara who is the only one that does black hair care in that shop. She did a sew in. I noticed the cut she did on the hair was not what I wanted but I couldn’t stay longer because I had been there over 6 hours when she told me it would be only 4 and i had to go see a client. After I got home I noticed the bangs were cut unevenly so I cut and fixed them myself. Some days later I pull the hair into a ponytail and notice she didn’t sew down the whole closure, only half of it. And as I was feeling through the hair it felt sparse so I took pictures (because I can’t see the back of my head) only to find out that when sewing in the tracks she missed at least 5 braids. I didn’t realize this til the next Thursday (got my hair done the previous thursday) so I called her and explained the issue. She offered to attempt to fix everything but at that point I just wanted half my money back because she should have done it correctly the first time. That night she said she would give me back 50% and she would call me the next day and schedule a time for us to meet. The next day she TEXTS me and says she can’t give the money back because she did the service. I send her the pictures I took and she then accuses me of taking out some of the hair and cutting off half the closure before I took and sent the pictures. I called her and explained the issues again and I told her it was unprofessional of her to offer me something then go back on her word and then to top it off she texts instead of calls me. Her response to that is that is she was “busy” and didn’t have time to call me. No I didn’t let her attempt to fix it because any woman will probably agree if someone messes up your hair that bad you don’t want them doing your hair again. I ended up telling her to keep the money and I got off the phone. She then texts me again to tell me I should have communicated better and told her sooner (if you don’t know a sew in lasts 3 months, it’s not like I asked for a refund on her curling my hair 1 week later). She is extremely unprofessional and does not have any concept of decent customer service. I would warn anyone to go to someone else.
