Positive: ProfessionalismFirst and foremost my hair stylist Cara is amazing! I went in on 6/12/21 and wanted my blonde highlights to be brighter and of course she nailed it! May not sound complicated to most but I can be a picky client and I love she always tells it to me straight when I want to try something new. I always have photos.For the salon itself is alway neat and clean. I do however wish they’d bring the wine back as I enjoy a glass while my hair is processing. First and foremost my hair stylist Cara is amazing! I went in on 6/12/21 and wanted my blonde highlights to be brighter and of course she nailed it! May not sound complicated to most but I can be a picky client and I love she always tells it to me straight when I want to try something new. I always have photos.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get several inches chopped off and a completely new color. Carrie took care of me so well!! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but she was patient and found a color mixture that I fell in love with! My daughter also got her very curly hair cut and the other stylist also did a fantastic job making sure the curls fell together nicely. I went in to get several inches chopped off and a completely new color. Carrie took care of me so well!! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but she was patient and found a color mixture that I fell in love with! My daughter also got her very curly hair cut and the other stylist also did a fantastic job making sure the curls fell together nicely. We will be back ❤️

Critical: Professionalism, Valuewhen I couldn’t get in at my regular salon I looked up local salons and found this one. The reviews online seemed promising and it seemed like a high end salon. After vising I do not believe this to be true. When I made the appointment over the phone I explained what I wanted done, thinking they would allot the proper amount of time. Someone walked in during my appointment and was waiting for a while, turned out she was my hairdresser’s next client. I gave photos of what I was looking for and what I really didn’t want for reference. I left without liking either my cut or the color. I called that night to try and fix the problem but they were closed. I went in the next day to get it either fixed the way I had asked or for a refund. I would have been happy to let them fix it- they were booked and were not willing to refund. The salon gave the stylist my number and she was very defensive. I wasn’t trying to offend anyone, I was trying to get what I paid for. After some back and forth they offered a partial refund which was the best they could do. I had to go to another salon and pay full price again to have them fix my hair. Spending over $250 dollars and not liking either the cut or color is not reasonable for a place that guises itself as a high end salon. Positive: QualityLibby is wonderful! I love my color and she always gives me the hair cut I describe! She is also a very kind and caring person, which adds to my enjoyment at each visit. The salon takes Covid precautions seriously and I have appreciated their flexibility during this time. I reccomend Libby so highly that I am writing this review… the first one I have ever written anywhere about anything!Libby is wonderful! Libby is wonderful! I love my color and she always gives me the hair cut I describe! She is also a very kind and caring person, which adds to my enjoyment at each visit. The salon takes Covid precautions seriously and I have appreciated their flexibility during this time. I reccomend Libby so highly that I am writing this review… the first one I have ever written anywhere about anything!

Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment with Carrie. I’m not a confrontational person and I don’t write reviews, but with an experience like this I had to. The salon has good reviews so I had high hopes. The receptionist called me over the phone and asked if I could come in 15 minutes earlier than my appointment. She was confusing and rude, this is when I should have just canceled my appointment. When I got into the salon and was seated, the stylist came out and she was not friendly at all. I usually go to Tulip where the stylists are very kind, communicative and helpful. The shampoo job was rough and she never asked me how the water temp was (which I’m used to, I mean come on, common curtesy). I asked for long layers and a bang trim and to add a small amount of hair to my bangs. My layers are not well blended and simply just look like two different lengths of hair & my bangs were completely botched. Uneven and wayyy too thick. I could have done a better job and I’m not even licensed. When the stylist was done she told me it looked healthy and I agreed and said it feels really nice, and she said “yeah it’s because I put leave in conditioner spray in” all rudely. Once I was ready to pay, Carrie followed me to the register where I’d speak with the receptionist and get asked out loud in front of the stylist how much I wanted to tip.
