Don’t buy a gift card here, they put a 6 month expiration date on them. I received a gift certificate from my 4 children and went to use it 8 months later and to my surprise it expired in 6 months. Contacted the business and they just told me sorry they won’t honor it or even honor part of it. So waste of money. Yes it’s my fault for not noticing the expiration date but I work 2 jobs and have very limited free time with 4 children. As a fellow business owner this is poor customer service for trying to gain loyalty.

I love Bella East and the owner is super awesome! She has been cutting and coloring my hair forever. I will not go anywhere else. I have never liked my hair cuts and was never going to dye my hair. Autumn started with highlights and I ended up trusting her to do anything with my hair! I go in there and never know what I want. So I ask her to do what she thinks is best. I always love my hair when I leave there! She makes me feel good about myself.

Autumn is my girl! I’m pretty simple when it comes to my hair – just a cut and style, but Autumn gets it right and makes me feel beautiful every single time. Even though I don’t live in Lillington anymore, I still make the 45 minute drive from Raleigh because she’s just that great. Not only is she talented and efficient, but she is so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. The salon is absolutely gorgeous as well. Simply the best. Go see her!

This is my husband’s computer and as such, identifies him as the sender. He is not the sender. My name is Karen Stein. After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment and making the 35 minute drive to the salon, I arrived to find that my appointment had been cancelled because the scheduled stylist was not able to reach me by phone, text or FB. Not only did I NOT receive a call or text, I am not obligated to answer any call or respond to a text. I also did not receive a voice mail. Again…I did not receive a phone call, text or any correspondence on FB. I was told that I “couldn’t be found” on FB. I was told on arriving that I was text and that the stylist received a text back via iMessage from the person who received it that “I don’t have an appointment with you” so she cancelled the appt. and moved her “regulars” up to fill time time. It was not me. I did not get a message or respond to one. I do not have an iPhone – never have – and have had the same phone number for almost 10 years. If I had already said I didn’t have an appt., I would not have ended my Thanksgiving trip early and made a 35 minute drive to the salon. The stylist offered for someone else to do my hair at noon (this exchange was at 9:30 am) or on Monday. Again, I drove 35-40 minutes. Not interested in making the drive again. I was told that “my time is important and at this time of year I just don’t have time to deal with people who make appointments and don’t show up”. I didn’t do that and have never in the past. Again…I was standing in the lobby of the salon. I was told that “I work 6 or 7 days a week and I don’t have time for that”. That’s great but I didn’t do that. I arrived 5 minutes early on the day my appointment was scheduled. Today is 2 days after Thanksgiving and we came back to town yesterday (could have stayed the weekend) specifically for this appt because I had been waiting so long. I did get a “I’m sorry” and when I said tell your family I said ‘hi’ (I have known her family for MANY years which is how I ended up making an appt there to begin with) and “have a great day”, she replied with “ok”. No “thank you”. No “you, as well”. BAD, BAD business practices and interpersonal communication skills. I had to choose at least one star to post this review. Otherwise, I would not have rated this salon (strictly for the way I was treated) at all.
