I got my hair cut& styled today by Alexis and let me tell you-I love it! She listened to me and made me feel comfortable. Very polite, very professional. Honestly..? I’m not too happy with this place and for multiple reasons. 1.) The disrespect. From the second I walked in the door, the ladies looked me up and down and didn’t want much to deal with me. They didn’t want to really talk to me, and yet were offering things like water, pamphlets, etc to every other client who walked through those doors. No biggie, it’s just about the disrespect that puts off to your client. 2.) The haircut I got? Was absolutely not what I wanted. Yet most of that’s my fault, because I was too polite and didn’t want to say anything about it, and make the stylist feel pressured into/forced to fix(ing) it. So I paid the $70, and walked out.

Arielle did my hair today–my first haircut since Feb 28th 2020 . She did great. I had to chop quite a bit off to get rid of all the unhealthy hair, but she did it in such a way that I still have fairly significant length. I walked out of the salon with bangs again! My hair was shiny, and she’d gone the extra mile to curl my hair. Oh! And the mini head massage during the shampoo was great, too!

I went there a couple months ago. I wasn’t able to remember the name till now. I’m not from everett. I got a full foil. The lady that did my coloring did a great job.After the coloring she cut part of my hair and said she would cut rest when dried. She was excited to see what it looked like when dried. Well we both were amazed on how cool the color was that she forgot bout cutting the rest. I didn’t notice til I got home all the way in Poulsbo. It was a totally a unintentional mistake. But I did paid alot of money and hope she remembers me. I want to get hair touched up again soon. Hopefully we can figure something out to make up for that.

I went for an initial evaluation with Ann. She was extremely kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. I wish she was available sooner so she could do my haircut. The girl at the front desk was also very friendly and paid attention to what I was looking for. She made recommendations for a facial and massage, which I didn’t even know they had. Overall I recommend this salon if you’re looking for a place to feel comfortable and be yourself without any rush.

I went here for the first time and asked for a bleach and tone and got silver hair. I said I wanted it neutral or warmer. The blowdry was probably the worst blowdry I have ever had. I called the salon and left a message the next day to talk to someone about my experience and I never got a call back so ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
