I am so glad that I actually ventured out and tried this place, along with trying out a new stylist for myself. I had been with my previous girl for some years….i guessi felt i needed to find somebody new, which can be somewhat scary; for me at least. I had one bad experience, which was just expensive and crummy. Boooooo!!! So I tried out this really cute salon n I think I lucked out with a stylist I like. She may be a bit more expensive, but I trust that she’s worth it. I’ve been to her once, and am getting my hair done again today so I just hope I hope I hope that everything turns out cool.

I will never go anywhere else! Nicole did such a wonderful job and my cut and color are exactly what I imagined. She made me feel so listened to and taken care of, start to finish. I have difficult hair, and she made it look perfect. Plus with all of the COVID fears, I was really grateful to see everyone in the salon wearing masks and being very careful. I didn’t have to worry at all. Highly recommended!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWORST PLACE EVER! I got my haircut here a couple of years ago. I had my hair curled and the OWNER or MANAGER did my hair. She told me that she didn’t want to wash my hair before even cutting it because she asked me if I curled my hair everyday, it would look better if she cut it curled. I got home and rewashed my hair to see what my haircut actually looked like. Turns out it was horrible. I had to go to JAAZZ salon for them to FIX my hair that same day. I tried calling them back MULTIPLE time even till this day they won’t pick up my phone cal. They know what they did. LOL I wouldn’t go there at all. Do not truth these girls here. I absolutely love this place!!! Its a house remade into a salon so you feel right at home. Chrystie Keller is my stylist, she does my color, extensions and eyelashes. I bought extensions at another salon in Coeur d’ Alene and then called her up explaining what color they were and she matched it perfectly. Not to mention how relaxed and comfortable I am laying on a comfy massage bed to get my eyelashes done! Who wouldn’t want to fall asleep and then wake up all done up?! The whole salon has such a cute inviting feel and their jewelry is adorable.
