I purchased a laser hair removal package consist of 6 treatments. The staff was friendly and welcoming. This was my first time doing any kind of laser treatments so didn’t know what to expect. The first treatment was okay ( I had no experience to compare it with), didn’t notice a difference in the area of treatment for about 2-3 weeks but started to notice the hair started to grow slower and thinner after about 3 weeks. Went for my 2nd treatment on 23rd of August, and Caroline performed my session. She was awesome. Very attentive, explained everything and took her time to do the procedure. That’s when I realized my first session was done very quickly without any precision. So I requested her for the rest of my treatments as well. I would highly recommend Caroline. She’s great at what she does.

I never take the time to write reviews but this time I had to express how satisfied I am with the results of my laser hair treatments. Before beginning my laser hair treatment journey I would hear about other peoples experience with getting hair back and how this treatment wasn’t working. My treatment worked 100 percent. I was so satisfied with the results. At Bella Derma the staff is not only professional but very welcoming. They made sure that the treatment was comfortable so that I wouldn’t feel pain since laser hair can be painful sometimes.I could tell they were very knowledgeable and knew how to perform this treatment. I did 6 laser hair treatments and then added 6 more to maintain after and I can say I am hair free. I went back later for an EMS treatment and Bella shape treatment since I had to loose a few inches for a weeding. In only 4 to 5 week of treatment of once a week I saw great difference in my waist circumference and I was able to fit in my dress. I give this place a 5 starts and I highly recommend it to anyone for they are very professional, have fair prices and most important you see results. Wonderful customer service, excellent value. I purchased a full face + neck laser hair removal package at the downtown Orlando location. I started seeing results after the first session! I recently purchased a Velashape Groupon for 6 visits. Very nice building in the heart of downtown. I have had this treatment before and the tech was wonderful at explaining everything. I actually purchased another 6 sessions at the same price right there for another body part. Great at getting me scheduled, the place is always clean and friendly service. Loving the actual results on my legs!

I was excited to come here for the reasonable price but my husband and I haven’t seen any results yet. We are going on our third treatment and nothing yet. The hair removal at Ideal Image was much more efficient and I saw results after the first treatment. The office is decent and the customer service is okay. Hopefully we’ll begin to see some removal soon.

I only had one session. The staff are friendly and the place is clean &nice. I didn’t feel anything during the treatment and afterwards. I think the intensity is low and I am not sure it will affect the results. It is too early to say. Laser hair removal
