Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time I went I had a long wait time. My appointment was booked for 2pm and left the location at 8pm. I was ok after my results was nice . Came a second time to pay 100.00 for a root touch-up and honestly my hair was left the same with all black showing. I called and spoke to Emmy and mentioned to her I was disappointed with the service I received. I did not receive an apology nor a refund . I received come back again to schedule and appointment! Not to mention wasted my morning on nothing . Cause my hair was left the same as when I went in . Very unprofessional business. First time I paid over 300.00 . So keep in mind it’s pricey. I’ve gotten many compliments. Also had the opportunity to meet the owner Emmy and she’s wonderful as well. If you are looking for a great salon, try them. You will be glad you did.
